If you opt for direct signup with BaseHub, you will need to provide just your email address. Additional information may be submitted during login, including your name, a username, and a profile picture. Both registration methods necessitate this data to create and manage your user account, enabling service usage.
For fee-based services, the name, address, email address, and phone number of your organization (or personal information if applicable) are required for payment purposes. This data is also processed by our payment processor. Credit card information remains inaccessible to BaseHub and is solely handled by our payment processor. We use Stripe to process payments.
Your name and email address will be retained, and this information will be used for sending marketing communications. To provide these services, we may share this data with third-party vendors. Users have the option to configure SDKs to send the identity (user ID) of logged-in users to our APIs. This configuration is determined by the client and not controlled by BaseHub.

Upon accessing BaseHub Services via browsers, the Command Line Interface (CLI), or other means, certain data is automatically transmitted for technical reasons. This includes IP address, access date and time, browser type and version, operating system, previously visited website URL, data volume transferred, and performance metrics such as latencies and caching. This data is gathered for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate statistics, without being associated with specific individuals.
Logged-in users transmit authentication information through cookies or headers for authorization. This information is separate from access logs but operational data provided by users can be logged for audit logs.
During visits to our website at basehub.com, aggregate statistics about user actions are collected for analytical purposes. These statistics are stored by a third-party processor to enhance our website and service.
